1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Voltflowapp, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Voltflowapp is a software service that optimizes Tesla vehicle charging schedules based on electricity prices and user-defined preferences.
The service:
- Connects to Tesla via official Tesla OAuth
- Schedules charging during optimal hours
- Respects user-defined thresholds and preferences
- Requires the vehicle to be plugged in
Voltflowapp does not provide electricity, charging hardware, or physical infrastructure.
3. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Providing accurate account information
- Maintaining the security of your credentials
- Ensuring your vehicle is plugged in
- Monitoring your vehicle's readiness and charge level
- Ensuring your vehicle is sufficiently charged in time for your next trip
- Complying with applicable laws and regulations
Voltflowapp does not replace driver responsibility.
4. Tesla Account Integration
By connecting your Tesla account:
- You authorize Voltflowapp to access vehicle data and control charging
- You acknowledge use of Tesla's official API
- You may revoke access at any time via your Tesla account
Voltflowapp is not affiliated with Tesla.
5. Limitations of Liability
Voltflowapp is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We make no warranties regarding uninterrupted service
- We do not guarantee energy savings or cost reductions
- We are not responsible for vehicle damage, battery degradation, or charging failures
- We are not responsible for electricity availability, grid outages, or pricing inaccuracies
- We are not responsible for actions, limitations, or failures of Tesla systems or APIs
You remain fully responsible for ensuring your vehicle is sufficiently charged for safe operation. Use of Voltflowapp is at your own risk.
6. Service Availability
We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uptime. Service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical reasons. We may modify or discontinue the service with reasonable notice.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, data will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
